E-Mail List Information

The Wildernest HOA Website does not directly support e-mail lists.  Our feeling was that there are already such capable, free options available to the public, that it would be silly for us to re-invent the wheel.

Speaking from personal experience with the Buffalo Mountain Townhomes website, I would recommend that one member of your homeowners' association check out yahoogroups.com or topica.com  Our own HOA uses the yahoogroups service for e-mail list services, and it has worked out very well. This spring, for example, we had some severe ice damage. News of the damage went out very rapidly on the e-mail list, and we were able to deal with it in good order. We were also able to point members to our web site and pictures of the damage.

The only "work" in maintaining an e-mail list is adding and deleting members as they buy and sell units in your complex, and making sure that the members in your complex change their e-mail list information if they change their e-mail address.

As always, if I can be of assistance, feel free to contact me.
