Willowbrook is a community of 185 lots which house duplexes, triplexes and single family homes. Traveling down the "Blue" toward Kremmeling, Willowbrook is found on the left in a meadow at the mountain base. Willowbrook hosts a park, trout pond (for the children of the area) a baseball park, and hiking trails. The beaver ponds and brook provide quiet settings for the contemplative.
Though within Silverthorne's city limits and close to retail, restaurants and recreational areas, this community guards the ambience of mountain living with its Open Space designations, trails, wetlands and views.
