Policies, Rules, and Regulations

The Snowscape Condominiums Policies, Rules, and Regulations are an extention of the restrictions stated in the Declaration and Bylaws and are a part of the binding documents governing the community. Snowscape is managed by Wildernest Property Management, who is responsible for rules enforcement, per the management services agreement. FRONT ENTRY SCREEN DOORS

The approved front entry screen door is the Larson Prestige-Core Series Storm Door, Model 271-TT in the color "earth-tone brown". Prior to installing this door, owners must submit a request to the Board. Please send your request, using the Application Form above, to the Snowscape Board of Directors c/o Wildernest Property Management, PO Box 1069, Silverthorne, CO 80498. The current HOA Liaison and contact info is posted on the Wildernest Staff Directory.

 

WINDOW REPLACEMENT

Window replacement is the responsibility of the homeowner. The Board of Directors has approved Weather Shield replacement windows in their "Brick" red color, of the same style and size as the existing window. If interested in replacing windows, owners must first submit a request to the board. Please send your request, using the Application Form above, to the Snowscape Board of Directors c/o Snowscape HOA Liaison, Wildernest Property Management, PO Box 1069, Silverthorne, CO 80498.
