* Please note the following clarification on DECKS made by the Board of Directors on Jun 12, 2004 and mailed to all owners:

"With regard to decks, the Saddle Ridge HOA is responsible for damage repair due to falling ice, falling trees, and wind. Periodic painting is also included. The Owner is responsible for dealing with the ravages of time, settling, wear and tear, original construction problems, as well as any improvements, extensions, or fortification. If the deck's condition is deemed by the Baord to be a safety issue, the Board will inform the owner as promptly as possible. If the repairs are not completed in a timely manner, the Board will arrange for the work to be completed, and the Owner will be billed."
