The three buildings and 42 units of the Ski Run Condos are located at 22804 US Hwy 6 in Keystone, Colorado. They are all walking distance (120 to 150 yards) to the Peru Express and Argentine lifts at the "Mountain House" base area of Keystone Resort in Summit County, Colorado. The Mountain House base area is also where the ski school, rental shops and the beginner hill are located.

Only a short 3 minute walk to the Mountain House base area of the resort, Ski Run is also only a 10 minute drive from A-Basin ski area, 20 minutes from Breckenridge and Copper Mountain ski areas and 40 minutes from Vail Resort.

The Ski Run club house has a large heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, showers and changing areas. The club house is open from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM each day.
