The
Lookout Ridge Townhomes Policies, Rules, and Regulations are an extention
of the restrictions stated in the Declaration and Bylaws and are a part
of the binding documents governing the community. Lookout Ridge is managed
by Wildernest Property Management, who is responsible for rules enforcement
per the management services agreement. If you have any problems or questions
about rules on the property the Director of Property Management for
Off Mountain Properties at 970-468-6025, ext 249, who will be happy
to assist you.
