Lookout Ridge is a 90 unit townhome community with fabulous views of the Gore and Ten Mile Range mountain peaks in the North Central Colorado Rocky Mountains. There is also a centrally located hot tub building with two commercial quality hot tubs for the enjoyment of residents and guests.
Lookout Ridge has established this site to aid in communication between the Executive Board and individual owners and to help develop a sense of community. Please explore the site by using the links above. Be assured that private documents, such as minutes and newsletters, are password protected. Only owners and persons given permission through the Executive Board should have access to this password. All owners should have received a mailing containing your HOA password. If you have not received this information, please contact your HOA liaison at Wildernest.
The site will be maintained through Wildernest Property Management and will be constantly evolving with new postings and pictures. We are sure you will want to mark it in your "Favorites" folder and return frequently.
