PLEASE NOTE THAT WORK DAYS ARE MANDATORY: EACH UNIT MUST CONTRIBUTE 4 HOURS LABOR TO THE COMMON PROPERTY PER YEAR ON THE SCHEDULED WORK DAY OR THE OWNER IS ASSESSED A $50.00 FINE FOR NONPARTICIPATION

BOARD MEMBERS: If we do not hear from you, then we will expect to see you there.

OWNERS: If you plan to attend any board meetings, please let your HOA Liaison know
so that we may be prepared with appropriate seating set up and refreshments.
