The Homes at the Preserve Homeowners' Association is comprised of a community of three duplexes that back to the national forest and are toward the top of Buffalo Mountain in Wildernest. Though a Common Interest Association, each unit owns the lot upon which the residence sits [which is quite large].

Each unit is configured on three floors with three or more bedrooms and has a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, and a double car garage. The complex has great views to the Eisenhower Tunnel as well as views of Dillon Lake and Keystone. Hiking trails are just out the door.

Recreation, retail and restaurants are within close proximity.

This Association imposed a 1 month minimum requirement for short term rentals.
