The Homes at Buffalo Mountain Homeowners Association is comprised of a community of three duplexes that back to the national forest and are toward the top of Buffalo Mountain in Wildernest. Though a Common Interest Association, each unit owns the lot [which is quite large] on which the residence sits.
The Units are multi-level with vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms, gas fireplaces and double car garages. Views from the Units are of the Front Range; some Units can see the lake. The complex is close to hiking trails.
Restaurants, retail and recreation are within 2 miles.
