The following is a picture taken by Owner Pat Lawlus, 6B4, of one of our neighboring mountain residents....a BEAR....on his nightly circuit through the property. We are getting dumpsters repaired and adding signage to explain the bar locks on the dumpsters and for all to be alert. Please be aware that bears frequent the property and are a part of living in the natural forest environment.
