Greetings from Wildernest Property Management! The Lodging Department has been extremely busy, and right now we are looking to recruit a limited number of units for our short-term rental program. The lucrative winter season will be here before we know it and, with high hopes of the return of yet another year of great snowfall, we are already experiencing a sharp increase in bookings for next season! Now is an excellent time to sign-up as one of the new additions to our program.
Wildernest is the largest and most well respected property management companies in Summit County. Our long history in Summit County is a testament to the trust we have established in the community. Despite challenges to the travel industry in recent years, Wildernest has produced results for its owners far exceeding that of our competitors and we are contacting property owners offering an opportunity to enter our lodging program at this time. If you have considered placing your property in a short-term rental pool, please allow us to discuss the benefits of our program with you. If you are already part of such a program but suspect your property could produce improved results, meet with us to compare your performance with that of our owners. Roger Jones, Wildernest Short Term Rental Manager, would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the details and advantages of our plan. He would also be happy to mail or e-mail you and information packet. He can be reached at 970-468-6291 ext. 235, or jonesr@wildernest.com.
Some of the benefits:

Slow growth and quality service. We currently have approximately 200 units on the short term program. We only allow our program size to grow when we are confident that we can continue to maximize income for all of our owners - and that that is where we sit right now!
Care of the unit. As most of our owners are absentee owners, we have a strong obligation to ensure the unit is properly cared for.
Maximum per unit income. We work very hard to equalize rentals among all units.
Guest Service. Obviously, a very integral part of our success is the guest. We are proud of the fact that 61% of our business is return guests or referrals.
Thank
you for your time and consideration. We anticipate an outstanding season ahead
and look forward to hearing from you soon.
