REMINDER:
The annual roof insptection targets checking/repairing heat tape, missing shingles, gutter issues, high openings for critter invasion, etc. If you are aware of any of these problems with your unit, please notify the Board through Wildernest: Audrey - taylora@wildernest.com or 970 468 6291 ext 217.

Please note that critter invasions are most likely the owner's repair responsibility, but the HOA wants to be aware of issues.
