Frisco Bay is a 56 unit townhome community, located between the shores of Lake Dillon and the peaks of the Ten Mile Range in Frisco, Colorado. Centrally located in Summit County, Frisco Bay owners and guests have easy access to all the ski areas of the Central Colorado Rocky Mountains; Keystone, Copper, and Vail are within easy driving distance, and Breckenridge is just minutes away south on Highway 9. The Frisco Bay Marina is just across Highway 9 offering seasonal water sports on Lake Dillon.
Frisco Bay has established this site to aid in communication between the Executive Board and individual owners and to help develop a sense of community.
