DECK STAINING/SEALING
Maintaining decks is an important homeowner responsibility. Please apply or have applied a clear stain/sealer on all decks each year. If this is not done by September 30 of each year, the Board of Directors will have it done and bill the homeowner.

Burgundy duplexes 183-184 and 185-186 will have new roofs installed beginning May 2, 2005, weather permitting.

Your Board has agreed to "sharing" your dumpster with Ryan Gulch Estates. This is a new 6 unit association at the top of the hill. This arrangement began in Dec 2002. It is not anticipated that there will be much increase in your volume of trash as there is only one permanent resident [and he usually takes his refuse to recycle].
