Welcome to Blue River Run
Just across the Continental Divide and nestled amidst the North Central Colorado Rocky Mountains, sits Summit County Colorado, home to many condominium and townhome complexes. Blue River Run is one of the latest of these developments, enjoying with others their proximity to the ski slopes of winter and the hiking and biking trails of summer. As the name implies, Blue River Run has the added attraction of bordering the Blue River with its premier fly fishing for rainbow and brown trout, and its thrilling whitewater rafting.
The complex is composed of 80 Townhome and duplex units, and 30 single family homes. Situated between the Blue River and dedicated Open Space Wetlands, Blue River Run is a community ideal for those homeowners who are environmentally conscious and wish to live attuned to the natural environment.The Homeowners' Association's Declarations and Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations, reflect this environmental awareness.
